BIT CLOUDOS - ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION POLICY

Last Updated: October 4, 2026

At Bit CloudOS, we respect your privacy and provide you with complete control over your personal data and account information. In compliance with applicable data privacy laws and Google Play Developer Policies, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.

HOW TO REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION

You can request the deletion of your Bit CloudOS account and personal information through either of the following methods:

Method A: In-App Deletion

Open the Bit CloudOS app on your mobile device.

Sign in to the account you wish to delete.

Navigate to the Profile tab.

Tap on "Account Settings" or "Security".

Select "Delete Account".

Confirm your request by following the on-screen prompts. Your account and session will be immediately disconnected.

Method B: Email Request / Web Support If you have uninstalled the app, cannot log in, or prefer to submit a manual deletion request:

Send an email to:

support@bitcloudos.app

(or your designated support email address).

Use the subject line: "Request for Account Deletion - Bit CloudOS".

Include the registered email address associated with your account.

Our data protection team will verify your identity and process your deletion request.

WHAT DATA IS DELETED

Upon processing your account deletion request, the following data is permanently purged and wiped from our active databases and servers:

Account credentials, including username, full name, email address, and hashed authentication records.

Session tokens, authentication tokens, and cached login tokens.

Push notification tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging / device push tokens).

Cloud computing progress, simulated hashrate history, and active session telemetry.

Internal wallet balances, simulated points, and submitted withdrawal records.

Virtual rig configurations, rack blade placements, and custom farm settings.

In-app activity logs and user profile properties.

DATA RETENTION EXCEPTIONS

Certain non-identifying data may be retained for limited periods strictly as required by law, regulation, or platform compliance:

Financial & Transactional Records: Google Play In-App Purchase order IDs, purchase tokens, and transaction timestamps may be retained in encrypted billing logs for tax reporting, audit compliance, chargeback resolution, and fraud prevention as required by statutory regulations and Google Play Billing terms.

Aggregated & Anonymized Analytics: Non-personally identifiable, aggregated metrics (such as total app crashes or anonymous performance metrics) that cannot be linked back to any individual user may be retained for technical stability purposes.

TIMEFRAME FOR DELETION

In-app requests immediately revoke access, sign out all active sessions, and mark your account for permanent deletion.

All associated database records and server backups will be permanently purged within 30 calendar days from the receipt of your verified request.

PERMANENCE OF DELETION

Account deletion is permanent, final, and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your data, cloud farm configurations, active passes, and balances cannot be restored or recovered by our support team. If you wish to use Bit CloudOS again in the future, you will need to register as a new user.
